胡乃军表示，中国水产养殖业养猪养鸡的专业化程度相对较高，规模相对较大。许多养猪和养鸡的农民以及猪肉和鸡肉生产商为了获利，选择囤积货物以推迟猪肉和鸡肉的交货时间，然后在肉类价格上涨后将它们出售给外界。

胡乃军说:“人们经常认为春节后天气会转暖，猪肉价格会随着需求下降。然而，为了赚钱，一些猪肉商仍然会囤积和投机，不管猪肉价格上涨或下跌，这可能不符合人们对猪肉季节性需求的理解。”(中国经济网记者杨娜)
