姜俊贤说，在商务部和驻联合国大使的大力支持下，中国烹饪协会安排了一场中餐表演进入联合国总部，得到了潘基文秘书长的亲自接待。潘基文秘书长和联合国官员品尝了中国菜，并给予高度评价。

姜俊贤表示:“2015年，中国烹饪协会还组织中餐进入法国巴黎联合国教科文组织总部，并为内部工作人员和官员安排了中餐表演，得到了联合国教科文组织官员的高度赞扬。”

姜俊贤表示，明年，中国烹饪协会将组织一系列“中国美食走出去”活动，与当地民间美食进行交流，让外国人士对中国美食有更深入的了解。(中国经济网记者杨娜)
