姜俊贤表示，一些高端餐饮企业已经转型退出餐饮业。一些高端餐饮企业转向为消费者的特殊需求服务，实现私人订购。更多的餐饮企业放下架子，调整菜品和价格，以满足消费者的需求。快餐、休闲餐和团体餐已经有了很大的发展。此外，“互联网+餐饮”发展非常迅速，2015年，通过互联网和企业应用订购食品的比例达到40%。

姜俊贤表示，八项中央规定使餐饮业提前进行了供给侧结构改革。如今，餐饮业已经实现了高、中、低档的多元化服务，菜肴丰富，满足了消费者的需求。随着食品安全监管水平的提高，餐饮业为十三五规划的快速发展提供了良好的基础和平台。(中国经济网记者杨娜)
